宅配食品需要的是品質上的穩定。

 

100℃18℃只要20~25分鐘

 

降溫後的豆漿直接送入冷藏,讓豆漿的保存更加容易,客人也可食用更安心更健康。

 

冷卻中更需要經常去攪拌豆漿,因為豆漿會產生豆皮,

 

豆皮產生多了豆漿濃度就降低了,而且也因為冷卻讓豆漿經常酸壞。
